Every once in a while, I see a Golden and saw "Oh, yes, THAT is what they should all look like."

My friend Camilla of Hypagardens in Sweden added Falleur's Nelson to her kennel last year. I was so happy for her and tried not to be totally green with envy. He reminded me a great deal of our old Tahn and had the cobby, compact very athletic body type that is my ideal of a Golden. He has a better coat than Tahn (although loyalty prompts me to say Tahn, my forever friend we lost two years ago, did have smaller ears than Nelson!)

Every picture of Nelson I saw added a shade of green to my complexion. Camilla is a super friend and didn't want me to try to keep acting happy she had Nelson and I did not, so we going to co-own him-HERE!!!! Nelson arrived on September 29th. He ois gogeous. I am sure he misses his Dwedish family, but he is trying not to show, and spent his first day running in the meadow wiith us and Cuddy, swimming, and leaping the stream that feeds the pond. I have rarely met such a super athletic dog, and he does it with a very substantial amount of bone, substance and coat.

This is Nelson. My only concern is how often he will keep four on the floor! His first US puppies were born 1/2/2008 and there were eight beautiful babies. He had a litter with our Bloomers on 6/21/2008 and and a fall litter is planned with One Ash Bracken. Nelson is available to approved bitches (Camilla gets the say on that) as well. We hope to have frozen Nelson available later this year, and chilled is available. Nelson is AA on hips,and has his eye cert from this spring, and elbow clearance, as well as Swedish cardiac. His US clearances are excellent! .
